As a youth political activist of ruling party, it is very important to make sure every government policy reaches the last citizen of the society

• Under the leadership of Hon. Prime Minister of India, Skill Development has been spelt out as the need of the hour and for this purpose the target of creating 500 million skilled people by 2022 has been set.
• It is very important to start something from scratch to be able to understand it deeply, therefore, I Empanelled my own firm and started my own Skill Development Centre as VTP of Maharashtra State Skill Development Society (MSSDS)
• In just 20 months we trained more than 1200 citizens in Mumbai
• To do so, we went to slums and convinced the Youth and the Women to join this fantastic scheme started by the Maharashtra Government
• The knowledge was imparted in various sectors like – ICT, Soft Skills, Retail Management, Fashion Designing, Jewellery Making, Banking, Health & Fitness and many more.

• Women Empowerment has become the prime focus as all these years they have been excluded from the GDP growth statistics.
• Due to this we held several group meetings and finally convinced women to join this scheme of Skill Development where we guide and groom them so that it becomes easier for them to join the workforce or become independent.
• We conducted various Employment MELAs & other similar opportunities.
• Today we are successfully running 3 centres.
